Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I reserved a car and when I went to pick it up, it was easy and hassle free. Alicia fixed me up so thanks to her, she was very helpful and pleasant to interact with.

Our train arrived 30 min late.Our taxi to take us to Enterprise was really slow and Enterprise closes at 5pm and it was after 5:30PM.Did David leave us stranded with no vehicle?No,he did not and we want to give a huge shout out to him for staying open until we got there.Thanks again David.I'm sure you realized just how much we appreciated you doing that.Cheers.

Had a great experience lately with this branch of Enterprise. David was great, extremely professional, and answered all of our questions with the exact right amount of detail to make us feel comfortable with the rental car and the rental car process. On returning the car a week later we were offered a drive back home which also saved someone a trip across town to get us. These smaller details really add up and show great customer service when they go the extra mile! Thanks again Nikolai!

Due to a mechanical failure in our own car, we thought we were going to need a rental for a few days while ours was repaired. Even though we didnt actually wind up needing a rental car, Dave and the staff at Enterprise were AMAZING. Although they didnt have any cars when we called, Dave took our number, and called us back later in the day with the offer of a rental the following day. This company was the only place in town that cared. They were amazing. Thank you so much, Enterprise Truro!
