        Absolutely shocking incompetence. Ordered parts on Monday and told theyd arrive by Thursday morning booked Thursday off work and scheduled appointment with mechanic. Informed me on Thursday that the parts havent arrived, theyre in Halifax, will be here tomorrow (Friday). Called Friday morning, parts not in morning shipment. Called back in the afternoon, still no parts. Asked for details as to where exactly the parts are, was informed that: The manager is gone home, this is out of our hands, were just here to push buttons. Seriously unprofessional!!!
