        Beautiful trail with the river running along the trail. Many small streams along the path. Walked 2 hours out and back but the trail keeps going farther than that. Parking: Limited area for parking. Park strategically to leave space for others

        A bit tricky to find the trail head as parking is across the bridge. Breathtakingly beautiful and peacefully quiet hike. Quite flat and fairly easy. A definite must!

        I went in about 3 KMS in and wished I had more time to keep going. There were several beautiful sites to look at along the way. The river runs parallel to the trail. There are beautiful old trees. Rock wall formations - you can tell the locals take care of this spot! Mushroom species were discovered. A great fishing spot. Several spring run offs coming down off the hillside. It's a great 'pick me upper' hike and to get out of the everyday rut.
