Selling your home is a major decision. As a senior widow, whose home was on a beautiful lake, that decision was very traumatic for me. This was my happy place where my children, grandchildren, and now great-grandchildren learned to swim, and camp, and grow up with great memories. When I contacted Zack he sat with me and we talked...he understood how I was feeling. He did not pressure me but he came with me (two hours away) to take a look and we agreed that it was a wise decision for me to sell. That was certainly not his only two hour trip, he was happy to meet prospective buyers whenever needed and always had my best interests in mind. He kept me up to date on everything that was going on and when three serious offers came in he negotiated with all three, discussed it with me listing all the pros and cons of each offer but did not at any time pressure me to accept one over the other. He advised me but respected that it was my decision to make. In the end, my decision was the one he would have made himself. During this whole process Zack did not at any time make me feel old or incompetent (which sometimes happens to senior ladies). He treated me with respect and understanding and was always positive encouraging me to look at a brighter future, a new start. With Zack's help (because it was never a "job" to him) I have a new home without worries, a new beginning, and...best of all...I think I made a new friend. I would recommend this friend to anyone who has this lifechanging decision to make...in fact I already have. Thank you, Zack!

When interviewing for a realtor I grilled Zach with a number of questions. He instilled confidence in me from the moment he answered the phone till the time the sale of our home went through at closing. There were so many questions that I had being an American dealing with Canadian property and Zach knew his business. The pictures and video that he took to attract buyers were unmatched by any other professional. His response time to my communication was immediate. And some thing that really stands out is that he knew I was a nervous seller. He was patient and filled with wisdom that kept me from stressing during the whole selling of our house process. Zach helped me buy my first house and he was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, rapidly available and responsive, and honest. I never felt as though he was trying to sell me something just for a commission - he truly wanted to find the right house at the right price for us, and he worked hard to do that. He also has a deep understanding of the region. Highly recommended !!

Zach helped us with the purchase of our overview lot that we will eventually call home. During the entire process he was incredibly professional and took the time to understand what our future plans were and why this was so important to us. We were pleasantly surprised with how smooth and effortless the process was and much of that is due to Zach. I cant recommend him enough to anyone looking to buy/sell in Nova Scotia. Thanks Zach!
