WOW! If you are in need of hearing aids and want to purchase them from someone who really cares and that gets satisfaction in simply helping people, then this is the place to go. My elderly father has worn hearing aids for many years but was never completely satisfied with the equipment or the service he received. That all changed when he went to Apex. At his first appointment, Angela (the owner) went into great detail explaining absolutely everything as far as his hearing loss and the types of new equipment she could offer. He said not one previous provider had ever explained things so clearly or in that much depth. Dad left his first appointment with a free trial pair of hearing aids and ended up loving them so much that he purchased a pair. We are so thankful for Angela's patience in answering all of our questions and concerns. We never once felt rushed to leave or pressured to buy and are more than content knowing that she will be there to help him in the future, if need be.
