        Jean who works at the cosmetic counter was an outstanding sales associate. She was positive, helpful and cheerful! She not only helped me download the app for the store but also highlighted the benefits of spending to gain points. I ended up purchasing over $130 worth of products and I am excited to use the app and come back to purchase more! Thank you Jean :)

        Having all counter checkouts closed leaves self check out option only. Not made for seniors who are scanning numerous articles while trying to access seniors discount. While two staff stand by and chat to each other, they will help when asked. They will also quickly zip through pressing numerous numbers to enter discount and walk away. Perhaps if I was shown how to self check out completely I may feel more comfortable returning OR I can always shop where there is a counter checkout option. Next time
