I've always had a bad case of "white coat"syndrome but the good people of SWD put that to rest from the minute I walked in the door. Fantastic Staff, very professional and they care about people. Highly recommended to anyone.

Last month I had some work done which had broke within a week. I made an appointment to have it fixed with another dentist there, took the day off work and mentally prepared myself (the dentist gives me MAJOR anxiety) to be told "no sorry theres no time to do anything." So upset I told my husband who after seeing me in tears left a 1 star google review stating what happened not embellishing just the truth about the experience which he deleted within 10 minutes. I had an appointment today to fix it and after he was done the work, basically sat in the doorway so I couldn't leave saying he needed to talk to me about the online review, which again I didn't do and had no idea about. You would think he would have asked me how we can improve situations like this, apologize for the misunderstanding but he instead said I wasn't welcome back because basically he got bad publicity. Since I've been "kicked out" of their dentist office for an honest review that I didn't even do and isn't even up anymore I thought it best to leave one now.
