Unfortunately, they offer the best internet in town. However they keep telling you that you are using more data than you actually are. I restricted my internet to one device and monitored the data it was sending and recieving. 5gb became 13gb to them. Get them if you want the best internet in Iqaluit, but be aware you are paying top dollar and watch your data usage like a hawk. I ended up canceling my service because tethering from my phone was cheaper and more reliable, but now they seem to run the cell network and internet service on the same infrastructure. When one goes down they both go down, and over the years more customers from bell and NWTel came and bog down the server. NWTel and Bell don't care though. Perhaps they are trying to hold out spending money until the deep bed fibre project reaches here.

I have had good service for the North. I think they are doing well considering internet is by satellite.
