Love the crew on the flights, they're always the best. Unfortunately, I had a pretty poor experience tonight. I switched a flight from one day to another. Same company, same everything, plenty of space on the plane. I made this switch via the phone. When I got to the airport I was informed I owed over $600.00. I assumed it was a mistake but they were literally closing the plane door, so I paid and figured I'd sort it out after. When I called calm air back I learned that the $600.00 plus dollars was not a mistake, that I was somehow upgraded; this was not related to me when I made the change on the phone initially. Like I said earlier, I like Calm Air and their crews are awesome, but this experience makes me feel taken advantage of. If you're making any changes to flights, don't be rushed along and make sure you ask how much extra they're going to charge you, because you could end up with a ridiculous $600.00 mistake too
