I truly don't think I've ever had such a great experience at a hotel in my life. David and his staff were incredible, going above and beyond to accommodate and anticipate. I was in Rankin for a week with a colleague and we had booked well in advance. I booked a room with a kitchenette for my colleague and was satisfied with my lack of room. My room still came with a small fridge, microwave and a couch to sit on! I didn't feel like I missed out at all. The staff were kind, earnest, and clearly worked well under David's leadership. The hotel is attached to (and operated by) the Co-op. You can grab what you need for dinner safely and warmly. 10/10 for David, a stunning individual who works hard for his staff, and clientle.

The hotel is comfortable, clean and the service is impeccable. David, the manager is more than accommodating and will do his very best to get you what you want and need. The room I usually get has a small kitchen and allows me to do a little cooking in my room but the food in the restaurant is very good. Added advantage is the hotel is attached to the Co-op Market so you can slip into the supermarket to buy whatever you need without going out into the cold. I highly recommend staying and meeting David. He is a great guy!
