The worse utility company ever in Canada, bad service, many outages, no system upgrade, bad customer service.

You will find out what this company is like if you ever have the bad luck to contact them. Can you imagine a single sodium lamp outside my house (sentinel light) has been reported as not working by phone several times, on-line numerous times, on their website, emailed to the manager, who said it would be fixed the next day - absolutely nothing and this has been going on for SIX weeks. And they still charge monthly for it. May as well talk to a brick wall, you will get a better result. Update: After emailing numerous members of Ontario regulatory board plus the CEO of Halton Hydro, and possibly giving this negative review, suddenly the light bulb has been replaced. Why should it take this amount of effort to get simple things done? I don't see that there has been a major incident with Halton Hydro over the last six weeks that they could not attend to this kind of routine maintenance. How about feedback as to where in the calendar a request for service will fall due? Finally I would like to ask the CEO of this company, how does it feel to be running an organization with such a poor Google rating that others are reporting as well? Are things ever going to change?

Something needs to be done about Georgetown's hydro. Constant outages... You guys need to get a handle on this.... seriously.
