We contacted 3 different landscape design companies while planning an extensive and complex outdoor project involving pool installation and multiple sitting/entertaining areas, walkways, stairs, retaining walls, deck extension, etc. TurtleCreek was the only one who gained our trust right from the start. They instantly noticed (and addressed) all the issues with level/grading that we were concerned about, which none of the other companies paid attention to. They started with very detailed measurements and planning of every single aspect, after which they provided us with professional blueprints of the entire project, taking into consideration our wishes and ideas. The construction process was longer than anticipated, due to problems with suppliers and materials (unavoidable these days) but overall things went very smoothly. The TurtleCreek crew were always on time and kept the site clean and organized. Robert and Dominic were very approachable and worked hard to ensure the best possible outcome from both a structural and esthetic perspective. They always addressed all our questions and suggestions and it felt like they were as invested in the outcome of the project as we were. The project turned out even better than we had imagined, and the only thing we regret is that summer is now over and we have to wait so long to be able to enjoy it again. Thank you TurtleCreek!! Linda & Gerry Anderson When we purchased our home over 40 years ago there was a railway tie retaining wall which had seriously deteriorated over the last few years.
