Modern Man Grooming

It's always a great experience getting my haircut at Modern Man. There's always plenty of parking on site. John always keeps his appointments on time. No waiting around. The barber shop has a very comfortable and relaxing environment with no loud music. John is very skilled and professional in his customer service. He's also very friendly and keeps great conversations. He does the cuts quickly and still pays attention to the details. I'm never disappointed. It's worth the 45 minute drive. Thanks John!

Nice clean place, best to leave a voicemail to get your appointment set! Barber was an awesome guy, very friendly, clearly takes a lot of care with both the cut itself and making the client feel comfortable. I came into town for a funeral, and I was in need of a haircut. After reading the reviews, I phoned up Modern Man Grooming and left a message. John called me back within the hour and booked me in. I entered at the back of the building. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the uncluttered cleanliness of the place. John led me to his barber chair, and he was very warm and friendly. This was by far the best haircut and beard trim I've ever received. His 20+ years of experience really shined through. We had a very friendly conversation about his life in the area, and life in general. He offered me a bottle of water afterwards for my walk home. Seriously, this will be the only place I get a haircut when I'm back in town. Thank you again, John!
