        I made a two oclock appointment for knotless braids and prepped my hair the day before. I drove 45 minutes to get to the salon and ended up waiting an hour and a half after my appointment should have started while Gail worked on another client only to hear her making other appointments during the time she was supposed to be doing my hair. When I finally thought she would be starting my braids, an hour and a half late, she started another persons hair without acknowledging me or my appointment time. I then suggested rescheduling and she was quick to agree. I have no intention of ever returning. Worst service I have had in many years. Services: Hairstyling, Braids
