I attended a leadership training program ( LMI ) with Malcolm and I must say it was an amazing experience. Malcolm is very knowledgeable and experienced in the field of leadership development. He presented the material in a clear and concise way and made the training interactive and engaging. Throughout the training, I learned many valuable leadership skills and techniques that I have been able to apply, not only to my work life, but my personal life as well. The program was very well-structured and provided plenty of opportunities for practice and feedback. Overall, I would highly recommend Malcolm to anyone looking to strengthen their leadership skills and grow as a leader. He is a top-notch person. Effective Personal Productivity course by Malcolm was a fantastic Experience for my personal and work life. The program and Lessons (Plan of action) are designed perfectly, which helps practically step by step to achieve your personal and business goals in day to day life. Malcolm Gurley is a great Leader, Coach and Mentor, he guides you throughout the course. He explain you that how small changes in your life can make big difference which ultimately help you to achieve personal and business goals. He coach you how you can achieve more productively with less efforts, time management skills, so you have more/extra time for critical thinking. I completed the LMI leadership/effective personal productivity training. The program was very good. Malcolm was able to tailor the program to our company that worked best for us. He helped with both personal and business issues and gave new methods to deal with problems. Would definitely recommend this program to all looking to help their managers/ employees grow into something more.
