Kenroy and his team are professional, courteous and always go above and beyond. Ken will walk you through the analysis, options to consider and offers fair prices. He recently did our breaks, showed us the old pads and rotors do that we understood the issue. He even got the Van cleaned for us. Thanks to Kenco! I'm almost looking forward to the next time haha. I went to KenCo after going to two different mechanics with no resolution. My first experience with them resulted in my invoice being almost $500 less then the quote (that has never happened to me, ever). The next time I had an issue with my turbo engine and it was a very tricky problem. They took their time to find out what the problem was, beyond the simple diagnosis and went above and beyond to fix it. Once again, for less then what was quoted. I appreciate the time they took to explain everything to me, they picked up and dropped off my car, and their Covid protocols are above and beyond. Amazing service. My first appointment was great. Went in for an oil change; technician was extremely thorough. Tool tie to explain my car and any future maintenance needs. Will be a lifetime customer!
