I have been calling around to have my specialty refrigerator looked at. No one would come out except RK Refrigeration. From my phone call to Sam and the service man Steve I am so pleased! Prompt, honest, thorough are a few words to describe them. Steve has the refrigerator working and made a note of the part number we need in the event we need to replace it. No hard sales or trying to get you to buy parts. He recommended a conservative approach and we will wait and see.
I am 100% satisfied and I will be a returning customer.
