Thinu (T or Thinusshan Sivakumaran) agreed to work in our basement to construct a 3-piece washroom. He was supposed to do the general contracting work and we outsourced the plumbing to a licensed plumber. T agreed to complete all aspects within 5500 including all finishing and material. He agreed to receive the funds at the end of completion. After multiple follow ups, he turned up one day, ripped open the ceiling, the next day we got the framing materials and he started to demand advance payment which was not agreed up on. Eventually we did pay him an advance and all the materials, and ever since he has stopped answering calls or responding to messages. Its been over three weeks now since any work was carried out in our washroom. We still call and text him. And there is no response. He is fraudster. Please do employ him if you want to save your hard earned money. We intent to take legal action against this fraudster. I am planning to share my awful experience with this cheat on Homestars, social media and next door so others dont get cheated.
