If you get referred to this clinic, i really recommend you ask your GP to go somewhere else. The doctor himself may be good. The entire structure of core care is absolutely appalling. For an entire year I endured mis-bookings, mis-communications, referrals made, never followed up on, impossible to get tests, impossible to get appointments. Prescriptions never discussed nor fulfilled then referred to SIX MONTHS LATER. Calls back to follow up on appointments that never happened. No one knows what they are doing. Look forward to being sent to an 'info' email address if you want to talk to anyone. If you don't follow up yourself for every step of your care - no one will ever get back to you. Negligent to the point of criminal.
