        Fire alarms going off as were were trying to check in and found out the alarms would be going off our entire stay. They wouldnt take our credit card and after 40 mins of going back and forth they said all the sudden they could take debit with a 250 extra hold. Our credit card was good, they were super rude and unhelpful. The people in front of and behind us got the same rude behaviour and both groups of people had problems with their rooms or checking in.
