I had Dan come for a service call on my garage door. Living where I am, it is common to make 5 or 6 enquires to different companies to consider myself lucky to have maybe one of them call me back. Left an email for him on a Saturday about my problem and he was back to me shortly, made an appointment for Monday morning. He was on time, knowledgeable, polite and repaired my door in short order. Someone who knew what he was doing with his over 40 years of experience. I asked him for a couple of quotes for a new garage door and they were in my e-mail before I got back into my house. Now that my door is fixed, Im not in a super hurry to get a new one, but when I do, Dan will be the first person I call. A pro and a down to earth nice guy.

The garage door installers arrived on time. They were here for most of the day. Extremely knowledgeable and very polite. Helped us with the app that controls the doors from our phones. They cleaned up afterwards and we are very pleased with our new garage doors. Thank you.

Prompt and thorough service! The cable rusted and snapped on the side of my garage door. Dan came by the next day and fixed it. He also found some issues from when the garage door was originally installed years ago (by a different company). He fixed those too and went through how I should lubricate the door annually. Now we have a nice, quiet garage door!
