I am so very fortunate to have found Elena. Ever since I was a teen I struggled with a lot of coarse, dark facial hair. I tried threading, waxing, laser, but nothing worked and, in all honesty, made things worse. Elena told me as long as I had patience I would see results with electrolysis and she was so right! The difference is unbelievable, not only is my skin smooth and bright in a way it hasn't been for years, but it's quite emotional the impact it had on my confidence in daily life interactions. I knew as soon as I met Elena that she was very experienced, professional and also one of the nicest people I know. She works fast, conscientiously, and genuinely has the desire for her clients to see success. I'm incredibly grateful to Elena for all her hard work! Permanent results for the toughest hair is definitely worth the investment!

Elena is simply amazing. She is a rare find in the world of hair removal. Prior to our sessions, I was overwhelmed with hair that started growing out of nowhere due to influxes in my hormones. I tried everything - laser, IPL, waxing, etc. and it only exacerbating my hair growth. I had no choice but to trust in the process and Elena was perfect at reassuring me that her treatments were guaranteed to work. "Once a follicle is dead, it is dead", she always says. She was kind, thorough, very professional, fun to engage with, highly experienced with I believe it was 20 years of experience, and welcoming. Having late onset hair growth is very intimidating for me and I had to resort to all sorts of ways to cover myself to not be seen with it. Elena made me feel secure again with myself, not just with words, but with actual fantastic results. Electrolysis is not a one stop shop, and treatments do take time to treat each individual follicle and to monitor different hair growth cycles which could take weeks or months. Yet still, Elena works amazingly fast, making every minute and hair treated count and covering noticeable areas on the skin. I think she is the best thing to ever happen and I pray she continues doing the amazing work she does and the life-saving transformations she has on her client's lives for many decades to come! I have had the most wonderful experience as a client of Elena's and am so pleased with the results from the treatments. Elena is truly the best of the best in her field and has always gone above and beyond to make sure her clients are comfortable and satisfied. I have really appreciated her professionalism and the high level of precision and care that she provides.
