We have been with Elizabeth for over 20 years. She is a very nice person but unfortunately her business is not very professional. Nobody answers the phone or rarely calls you back, if you do get a call back...you're told to call the main number. Office is locked and lights off during business hours. We have tried to be patient and understanding but it's gone on too long and enough is enough. We have an agent for a reason and that is to not have to call the main number and talk with someone who is unfamiliar with us and our insurance policy's.
