Nov 2022, Ajax Nissan Infiniti, took my Qx60 in for a recall, detailing and an alignment..they said they send it out for the alignment.I left it there all day, came back to find out from Johnathan that they couldnt do the warranty repair as they needed another part, detailing was terrible, said they ran out of time but charged me over $300.I live an hour and a half awaysaid they (Johnathan) will call when other part is in driving home still had a pulling of the steering wheel, called Johnathan to tell him and I noticed that I didnt get a copy of the actual alignment measurements he asked for my email to send to me never sent itI kept calling back and was told he doesnt work there anymoresaid a Pamela took his place.. I lvm for her to get me a copy of the alignment. She never responded.Feb a Robert calls, the part is there. Just one part Johnathan said there are 2partsJohnathan was not honest . I also found out from Scott Lee that alignments are done thereI went on holidays and called end of March to book it back in .. I left 4 messages in service dept and 1 with Scott Lee manager not one return call . Something is going on with this dealership. I called today and spoke with Scott Lee explaining that I have not received a copy of the alignment he said they only keep them on file for 60 days.he asked if I had proof that I called the next day like an email. he said Im calling too late explained to him that I called the next day after it was done and continually for 2 mths.and the staff kept changing. he admitted that they are working very hard to improve customer care, I asked him to repeat the alignment if he couldnt produce the papers and he said he cant do it for free..he said I have to prove that I called back in nov when I had it done What?. Really?? This is how you are trying to improve customer service? Jonathan promised to get the detailing done right when I come back in but now I have no proof.. unfortunately Infiniti has to do the warranty work.. so back I go.. stay tuned. I will post my next experience and hopefully I can rate it a higher star!

i have been to many Nissan dealerships in toronto but i will travel the extra 45 minutes for these guys !! worry free no mistake

Misleading information, I paid for service I didnt recieve and was told to call for a refund and still couldnt get a refund.

Our experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a cat-and-mouse nightmare since Endras was bought out. Callbacks are non-existent and getting a hold of ANY associate is slim to none. I've been holding out on this review as I am one to give people the benefit of the doubt but my patience has run thin. If a client is dropping their vehicle off for a 9:45am appointment and have not received an update (not even as a courtesy) close to closing time (6pm - at which point calls are no longer answered by the dealership), there is a problem. If a client has been assured that they will receive a return call only after calling, and a client call is left unreturned, there is a problem. If a client is informed that they'd be receiving shuttle service, as said client's primary vehicle is being worked on but no further information is provided and the client is left stranded, there is a problem. These problems have been consistently reoccurring since June 2022. It is now April 2023 and there has been no improvement/growth with Ajax Infiniti's customer service. The Service Advisor, Ravin Ramnarain, expects and elicits a "Five-Star Review" for their lack of service. We continue leaving the dealership with unresolved issues and an immense feeling of disdain. At this dealership, there are many moving parts - none of which know what the other is doing.
