        I had the worst over the phone experience with this "Insurance Advisor" We needed a simple home insurance policy to be updated. She was very rude and hesitant to make these changes in a timely manner. I ultimately got the policy updated within minutes with another Allstate Advisor. I will not refer Ms. Linghan to any clients or friends.
