        Came here a while ago and met with a massage therapist by the name of Tim Pascual. One of the best massage therapists Ive ever met. Also gave me a lot of great tips on how to better my posture

        Do not visit this store if you want a friendly service. I booked an appointment thinking its in Pickering not knowing its in Ajax. Called them to say I am here and my appointment isnt on here and the lady I spoke to said you are supposed to be in Ajax.. I am like Ajax? Why didnt no one tell me and the lady replied you are supposed to be in Ajax. Like come on!!! Is that how you treat customers? A better response would have been: oh my, can we re book you or how soon can you get here?. Take note Massage Addict.. you need better front desk staff. Definitely never returning. Thank you.

        Went for a 1hr full body massage, pressure was mediocre and my RMT used latex gloves. Nothing about latex on the skin is soothing, sufficed to say I'll be shopping around to use my benefits elsewhere
