Moores Clothing for Men

My fianc had his suit custom made through Moores, starting first at the Billy Bishop location and then completing the alterations at the Ajax location. The representative we dealt with throughout was Luka. Luka goes absolutely above and beyond. Knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and just makes the entire experience fun, handling any glitches along the way with grace and aplomb. Once we met him we knew were in excellent hands with him and I couldnt recommend him more highly. Moores is very lucky to have an employee like him (good people are hard to find).

My partner and I went to many different places to look into our options for wedding suits. When we came to moores, our customer service representative was Richard. Richard exceeded all of our expectations. He provided all the necessary information and options so that we could make an informed decision. He took his time and was patient as I explored different options and never displayed any frustration when we asked many questions. He brought 3 ties, different shoes, and suit jackets to ask my preference and was efficient in doing so. Overall, he is a very pleasant, understanding, and attentive person and we would highly recommend him at Moores (Ajax).
