After being ignored and disappointed by my current mortgage holder, I began my search for a mortgage broker to assist with my new home purchase. I reached out to several brokers, some who didn't even respond to my inquiry. I reached out to Michelle Connolly at The Mortgage Centre and within the hour I received an email back from her. Great response time! After explaining my situation to Michelle, I knew that she was the one to assist us during this time sensitive process. Michelle was consistent in her high level of attention and service from beginning to end, and even after closing, she checked in on us to make sure that everything was going smoothly. Michelle made us feel like we were her only clients and took a lot of time to walk us through the process and provided us with excellent advice and support.
