        Terrible experience. I have been here before and their service is something I would use only if I had absolutely no other option (actually not even then). But today they were so rude. I called to ask if they would just take off my shellac nail polish and they asked me to walk in. When I did the lady there was so rude and spoke insultingly maybe because shellac polish removal is like 10 bucks. Ridiculous. Very very very upset. Go there only if you can leave your self-respect at home.
