Went here to get a simple acrylic nail not long ago. The process was painful, I felt a stinging on my nails which was concerning as Ive gotten acrylics plenty of times and never felt pain during, I told them the length I wanted, shape I wanted and showed reference photos because I am a brides made in a wedding and need it to be done properly. The nails ended up a completely different size and shape then I had asked for, I told them during the process to thin them out and fix the shape, he only pretended to fix the shape and never thinned them out. They are crooked and all different shapes and sizes. He was so rough that my cuticles are now bruised. On top of that, I made an appointment to get my nails done, showed up on time and still found myself waiting 20 minutes for any service. The total ended up being nearly 60$ even though there is a board with all their prices and a full acrilix set is only 30$. I am outraged by this place and will never be returning.

Went there today and had the BEST mani pedi EVER!!!! I wont go anywhere else now!
