Laura made the seemingly impossible task of selling my house as easy as humanly possible. She was hands on all the way -from cleaning to decorating. Laura was very knowledgeable and understood what a challenging task selling your house is ! I had complete faith in her and was not let down. House sold within a week. Laura comes with an unmatched knowledge of the market, a vast contact base and an eye for design. But those are not the reasons why I would recommend her over and over. It was her attention to our family needs that were overwhelmingly present each step of the way. Laura is amazing! As soon as I met her I knew she was the right choice to help me downsize from my family home to a condo. I had specific requirements for the condo location and size and I had begun to doubt that I would ever find it but with Lauras help, it very soon became my reality Then came the task of selling my home at a good price and with rising interest rates on the horizon, I was a little worried. With Lauras guidance and expertise, we had my home on the market very quickly and then sold in a couple days!
