Not only the WORST eye lash extensions I have ever come across, but by far the worst service I have ever experienced. First Darby double booked herself on Thursday and didnt let me know until I had already drove an hour to her appointment. I then had to sit around for an hour and wait until she could fit me in. I paid $90 for a volume set and that is not AT ALL what I received. I have gotten lash extensions many times (from a lady in London) and never have I ever had problems. Less than 24 hours (Friday) after getting lashes by Darby chunks of lashes had fallen out of my left eye, not to mention that my right eye was EXTREMELY noticeably longer than my left eye. When I messaged Darby about these problems she offered to fix my lashes for free. When I asked if she could fix them on Saturday (as I live an hour away and I shouldt be expected to drop everything for HER mistake) she said no, knowing that I am leaving for vacation on Sunday. When I then asked for a refund as I now have to find someone last minute to fix the disgusting mess she made, Darby stopped replying to my text messages. I would never recommend this girl to anyone she is beyond unprofessional.
