They walked me through how to look after my hair properly and they are just a lovely human and they have created an amazing space for their clients. If I could give 10/5 I absolutely would! I went to see Cassandra after having an unfortunate incident at another salon, they had cut terrible layers into my hair. Cassandra was able to save my length and blended out the layers to make them look seamless. I was terrified to go to a new salon after my last experience but Cassandra talked me through the process and helped to put me at ease. I cannot express the gratitude that I feel. THANK YOU! I'm so in love with my hair ever since I started going to Black Rose Beauty. Cassandra is the master of creative colour!! I literally can't go anywhere without people complementing my purple hair. I also always wanted to get hair extensions but was nervous about the process and the upkeep, but Cassandra has made the process so easy. And now I love my hair even more! She is very knowledgeable about hair extension installation and is always great with answering all my questions about the process and how to keep my hair & extensions healthy! Cassandra is also an amazing human, and she makes everyone feel welcome in her shop. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment now. :)

I have been trying for years to get my natural curl to come back and was prepared for more years for it to come back. In one session, Cassandra got my curl back and was so amazing at helping me find products I wasn't allergic to (a feat in itself) and how to properly use them! The atmosphere is so welcoming and the studio and stylist are so . Highly recommend. Cassandra was a miracle worker for me, but results may very. Also, I love their give back program.

I feel like a star every time I am in Cassandras chair! From the consults, hair treatments, warm towels, perfect cuts to the best products, hair care and home tips, I am NEVER disappointed and always feel like I am getting the star treatment from a world renowned hairdresser! The expertise and knowledge on all things hair is always evident. At my last visit, Cassandra gave me the most beautiful custom 20 weft hair extensions and I am in love. The length, colour match and install is perfect! I left feeling confident in how I looked and how to properly care for/style them. I would highly recommend!
