Amazing yoga instructor! Breathe work sessions are outstanding. Hot yoga is fantastic!!!! Nothing better than a hot, sweaty yoga session in the dead of winter. Love the classes at Gama !

Ive had amazing experiences with Monica! She is very thorough in her instructions and takes her time to help me when I need to modify movements. Shes even gone above and beyond to teach me about stretches I could do to alleviate tension in my back from a car accident. Shes knowledgeable and well-informed! So grateful to know her! I highly recommend her for her sound healing also! That experience took me right out of my body and into another dimension! Thanks Monica, keep doing what you do!

I first visited GAMA and met Monica two years ago. She immediately struck me as a very compassionate caring person highly motivated to helping people deal with severe chronic pain. She is outstanding and the studio is stunning. With many classes to choose from and the newest technology products available to clients, this is a great place to explore.
