We had a La-Z-Boy recliner that wouldn't recline anymore and we were worried it would be a huge pain to get fixed and get parts etc. We first called La-Z-Boy and they said if I emailed them photos of the chair including the model numbers on the bottom of the chair they'd have the repair department call us back in a few weeks and schedule something. As it was not under warranty anyway I decided to call John's Upholstery and they were super professional and scheduled me right away for the next time they were in my area. They came out to our house and fixed it that day (today) for a very reasonable cost. We were very impressed and would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much, the chair has been really hard to get into a recline position for a while and I wish we'd called you sooner!
