Hi Karen. Just letting you know that Mom moved into an Assisted Living facility a few weeks ago. Meals are provided, so we wont be ordering from you any more. Also wanted to thank and compliment you and your team for excellent service and quality meals. Mom really enjoyed them - as did any of us who were visiting and dining in with her. You were a real life-saver, especially during the Covid lock-downs and her periodic bouts with illness. Mom passes along her sincere thanks. We are grateful for your help and wish you all the best personally and with your business.

I must say I was extremely pleased with their service. Karen was very accommodating with all of our dietary restrictions. They delivery showed up on time, meals were individually wrapped (which was ideal due to covid), and the food was delicious and filling! Thank you again!

The Town of Amherstburg hired The Launch Lady to provide refreshments to the Mass Vaccination Clinic at the Libro Centre for 4.5 months. Their prices were reasonable, their service was impeccable (always delivered on time and adjusted when needed to) and they kept the menu new and fresh for the 5 day a week operation. It was a pleasure working with Karen and team.
