MD Connected Walk-In Clinic (Inside Rexall)

Im so thankful that this guys helped me. I had crazy throat pain, cannot even breathing, i never had so bad painful feelings. Nurse did for me test for strep, it was positive, after this we was waiting for the doctor call. Doctor was so nice to me, even with my bad English she got all what i explained. I had prescription for the antibiotics and steroids, and literally next morning i was able to starting again eating and standing up from the bed. 4 stars just because we waited so long, maybe its gonna help to improve. So thankful.

Apparently they close at 2:25pm on Saturday. Or at least that's what I'm being told at 2:20 on this particular Saturday.

Whenever we go there, they cant help and they dont have doctors. Almost a fake clinic

I used to use MD connected regularly for simple things when I couldnt get in to see my doc . Went there last week and was told they couldnt help me for a simple ear infection . Why?? I was told because they are a virtual clinic and therefore do not need a nurse on staff anymore, but also she couldnt look into my ear to assess. Hmmmm ok. Tell me how you dont need a nurse on staff anymore ?? Unfortunately, because of this I wont use this service anymore, which used to be so convenient and great . Just be aware if you go there , make sure its for something that doesnt require a basic assessment from nurse ! Otherwise youre wasting your time
