        I always have great experiences here. Staff is always super friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and honest. When I accidentally overpaid for my items and left the store, I was immediately contacted that evening and asked to review my receipt. Because of the staffs diligence with reviewing purchases when closing the till at night, this error was caught. I received my money back promptly AND they were beyond sweet to surprise me with a gift certificate on top of that, (which was not necessary, but so appreciated!). I am truly grateful and thankful to you Dawn especially, but also all the staff and owners at this Pure Nature store.

        Great experience every time I am in the store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always find what I need and get all my questions answered with a smile. Shelves are nicely displayed to be able to browse and find what I needed.
