    My daughter got married here last week and everything was top shelf. 5 star plus. The food was delicious and staff was professional and friendly. From the time we first visited the venue to leaving that night we felt very comfortable. We will be back for more events. Thanks Albert and staff for a wonderful evening.

    Had my wedding here on Friday January 27th. Couldnt ask for a better experience. The venue and food was fantastic. Shout out to Nicole and Claudine and the kitchen staff for helping us plan and coming through for us on our special day. Would recommend this venue to anyone thinking about having a wedding

    If your guests have allergies, beware... When I asked Albert where the special meals were for the guests with allergies. It was very apparent that they had completely forgotten about those. I received stumbled words telling me that they were just making the gluten-free sandwiches guest were already eating, and it was apparent this was forgotten about. And when I ask about peanut allergies we were given the answer, well these are egg, those are ham and thats chicken I asked if they were prepared separately and if the kitchen was a peanut-free space. The response I got was, well, I can tell you there havent been peanuts in the kitchen for about a week. That is not comforting when you are dealing with a life-threatening allergy. There was also no accommodations made for my guest that was vegan. I ensured all allergies were noted well before the event. In hindsight, it would have been nice to know that your facility really does nothing to accommodate food allergies. The menu we went with was very pastry-heavy. What we were given for 4 gluten allergies were four and a half sandwiches to accommodate four noted allergies. No pastries, no muffins, no loaves and again, there were no accommodations made for the peanut allergies or vegans. We ran out of coffee, we ran out of punch, we ran out of plates, when the cake was cut they forgot to bring out forks, and we had to ask to have the tables cleared of dirty plates. It was unbelievable. I understand that you were short-staffed, but the level of service should have been the same. I wasnt offered a discount because you were short-staffed, I was just expected to deal with it. Guests noticed the bad service. A family member in attendance has previously had events at your location and was taken aback by the different levels of service that were provided. The venue it was dirty. When we got there, the floors were gross, there were sucker sticks stuck to the floor, old pieces of balloons, food on floor. Just yucky. Not what was expected. I spoke with Marquis Gardens the Monday after the event and was told someone would get back to me about my concerns. It's almost been a month of waiting. I guess once you have our money you don't care what your clients think. All in all - I will not be back for another function and I will discourage people who ask about your facility from booking there.
