Selected a 2 for 1 teen burger for delivery. No indication anything further is necessary to select to take advantage of the deal. When it arrived it was Only one order not doubled up. I called the store where he said another box is needed to be checked off. I was already charged the fees and told him to correct the matter. I asked for his name. He refused to give his name. I used no obscenities in the discussion for correction. He instead hung up on me. I called back and indicated unless he was prepared to correct that matter I would escalate it to head office. He said dont call and hung up. Shocked that a discussion for correction makes someone behave in this manner. Not even able to be mature enough to provide a name for the discussion? We are often happy with the food, just poorly managed and immature.
