I came to Cedar Springs Chiropractic almost a year ago. I had experiences with other chiropractors. Dr. Mark and his team are continuously helping to improve my mobility, flexibility and over all spine health. It didn't take long for me to feel part of the family here. If you do your part, and they definitely do theirs the results are incredible and life changing. I highly recommend!

I found Dr. Mark and Cedar Springs Chiropractic online while doing research on chiropractors in the area. Like most people I read reviews on all of the chiropractors before making a choice. There was one particular where a former patient said that she moved from Montreal back to Ancaster just to continue with Dr. Mark and I thought, well, he must be really good. I called in to Cedar Springs and made my first appointment, and I have to say it was one of the best decisions Ive made. Dr. Marks knowledge in the field floored me! He blew me away from our first consultation. I immediately came home and told my wife about my whole experience. My first session was nothing short of amazing and at the end of my 3rd week I could honestly feel my body doing exactly what Dr Mark said it would do. Hes truly amazing! The icing on the cake is the rest of the staff. Lisa at the front Desk is a breath of fresh air, shes helpful, and so accommodating to my schedule. Honestly I think I call in each week to change my times and she pulls it off every time! Danielle, has to be one of the nicest people around. Shes given me some game changing exercises to do at home and provided so much information on how to get the most out of every adjustment. The office itself is modern and beautiful, and theres even a small play area for those days that parents get stuck and have to bring the rug rats, and Ive definitely had a couple of those days already! I couldnt be happier with my choice, and if you are trying to find a Chiropractor, trust me you wont regret choosing the team at Cedar Springs Chiropractic!

Hello Im now entering my 10th year as a patient of Dr Mark. I started coming because I was having chronic neck pain and lower back issues that were affecting my work. Over the 1st few months I learned how important the spine is in providing life functions to look all parts of my body. Over time Ive gained more mobility and became pain free. I think now as a 54 year old man what kind of shape would I be in if I didnt start 10 years ago. Im enjoying life with no pain and looking forward to many more years of chiropractic care from Dr Mark.
