I write to express my pleasure and satisfaction with the interaction I had with this business in May 2023. I visited the Ancaster store to purchase a Breville Impress Expresso making machine. I knew nothing of the expresso-making craft and Preya took the time to indoctrinate me on the matter. Her enthusiasm, professionalism and easy-going approach made the experience very pleasant, informative and unforgettable. Her experience as a barista was invaluable in this task and it convinced me that I came to the right place. As the purchase was finalized, both Preya and Rachel were engaging in their conversation with me and they really conveyed that they care for what they do. It was refreshing to see and a very satisfactory brick-and-mortar retail experience. I am a business owner myself and must say that I would not hesitate to hire two employees like Preya and Rachel. They made a material difference that day in my purchasing decision and made me a new customer.
