Staff are wonderful but its nearly impossible to get through to make an appointment.

Does not care about make mental health whatsoever. Is not courteous of someones time when an appointment is scheduled, she will call the day before with out a scheduled time and then be mad at you for not being able to attend that. (Phone appointments)

Terrible wait times for getting in to see a doctor

Frustrated with this office. Dr. McMillan was my family doctor for 35+ years and she unfortunately retired abruptly during the pandemic. I was happy for Dr. M, and sad for our family as we lost our dedicated and trusted physician who has treated us for the majority of my life. The issue I have with this office is that our family was left without a replacement family physician as we were not transferred to the care of one of the new physicians taking over. It is frustrating to see that this office has accepted several new patients, even more recently in Feb 2023; when not all of Dr. Ms roster of patients were been transferred to a new family physician. We have called the office several times to find out why we did not get transferred and inquired if they are accepting new patients, however, every time we have called to inquire about possible wait lists for intake, we are told they are not accepting any new patients. I wish the office would have just been honest if they didnt want to continue treating our family, instead of being deceitful and saying they are not accepting new patients. I know to be untrue, as a coworker, who was not a former Dr. M patient, has been able to roster herself and family of 6 with this office. The family was just accepted in Jan 2023. To practice Medicine, is not a right, but a privilege, and its disheartening to find out how many other patients were left behind without being transferred to a new family physician, including Dr. Neblett. Rose is still at the front desk, and knows our family well, so it is sad and disappointing to witness this after 35+ years of being a patient and unfortunately we are still trying to scramble to find a doctor.
