Coach Marta trains baseball players and athletes of all ages at our facility. She is really great at motivating them to work hard with age appropriate workouts. We have seen amazing progress with our athletes.

I participated in the online classes and enjoyed myself everytime. They were challenging and a reasonable time commitment.Marta is extremely knowledgable and has a fun energetic personality. It is very evident Marta is passionate about what she does and makes it her mission to help people. I highly recommended Marta as a trainer and her online classes!

Like a lot of women right now I was in a COVID fog, not working out, eating more, trying to home school, be a good mom, take care of house etc., I completely lost myself. I spent a lot of time researching where I could work out in Ancaster that would give me the support, social and physical time I needed. I met with Marta one evening and was sold by her knowledge, studio, heart and energy. Fast forward 3 weeks and I am slowly building back my strength and endurance in a positive and supportive atmosphere - where it's okay to show up as you are. I am surrounding by like minded and positive women and I couldn't be more happy about where I found myself starting over on my fitness journey. Marta is amazing! She supports you mentally/emotionally/physically so you are getting a work out that's right for you every time vs. personal trainers that stick you on an impossible diet and make you lift like a power lifter. Try Marta/Sminkfit out... you will not be disappointed.

I participated in Marta's online workouts. They are dynamic, engaging, and custom-tailored. She is attentive and knowledgeable, and modified exercises to meet my needs (post concussion), whilst still challenging me. A very personalized experience. Highly recommend!
