    I've known Lily for many many years both personally and professionally as my personal trainer. I first trained with her in my 20s and I can still remember the huge impact she made on me in terms of teaching me to empower myself withpositive thinking and strengthening myself physically, mentally and emotionally. Today she is my personal trainer again. A gut feeling combined with intuition reunited us again almost 2 years ago. Now in my early 50s she once again has helped to turn around so much of my thinking and helped to reboost my self esteem. She is empathetic, objective and unequivocally focused on supporting and guiding her clients with such sincerity and integrity. Thank you Lily for the unconditional care you've given me these past 2 almost years and helped me to to reshape my body and strengthen my mind soul and spirit. I highly recommend Lily Boccaccio as a personal trainer, yoga instructor and passionate support to anyone.. young and seasoned! Tonia Ciotti

    I weekly weight train and do yoga with Lil. She is excellent at tailoring the program based on how my body is feeling and working to strengthen weaker areas. She always has wonderful suggestions for rehabilitation. Lil is extremely positive and helps me set realistic goals and pushes me forward on days when I need encouragement. Would highly recommend training and/or setting up a yoga practice with Lil.
