Gavin Chapman has been from the moment we contacted him, the most knowledgeable, friendly, fun, punctual, reliable and trustworthy person! He has gone the extra mile for us plenty of times, he has even fed our pets while we were away! Honestly! Who does that?? He never pushed or rushed us into anything, has always been honest and real with us, always made us feel comfortable and has been to us a friend more than anything else! We dont have enough words to express how amazing our experience has been working with him and getting to know him! Not to mention, he got us the house of our dreams and sold our house in a heartbeat!
