Great food atmosphere is very relaxing amazing service

I had a craving for wings, and this place did not disappoint in that respect. However, the service was non-existent. When we arrived in the unfriendly entrance space, we were passed and noticed but not acknowledged by 3 staff people. Finally, someone greeted us with the subpar standard "for how many?"and we were seated. It's a very small establishment, and the table was in an awkward spot; kind of in the way of servers passage (we were bumped a couple of times) and our table was was unstable. We sat for several minutes, again, without being acknowledged by any staff. I really wanted wings. Otherwise, I would have left. I finally flagged someone down who was uncertain who our server was but took our order anyway. (I will mention that the 2 gentleman seated beside us had been visited by a server at least 4 times while we were not acknowledged at all.) Meanwhile, the bench table behind us became available (as did several other tables), so I asked to move back there. We were told that there was a reservation for that table in an hour so unfortunately we couldn't have that table. I persisted and said we've already ordered, I'm sure we'll be gone in time. I mentioned that the table we had was unstable, but the server didn't seem to care. What we assume was our food order came and sat on a tray holder within our vision, but no one brought it to us until someone looked at it puzzlingly and discovered it was ours. Clearly, we had not been taken ownership of by any server. As I said, the wings were really good. However, we won't be back because of the atmosphere and service. We could barely hear each other (sitting side by side on the bench) because of the general noise level and the sheer overcapacity of the space - and the very loud family beside us. Also, regular price wings (we enjoyed the wing night special of BOGO free) is $18/lb. So, on a non special night, our bill would have been $72 +tax with no drinks. Went to India Village just up the street to get take out for my husband who had to work late. Go see my review of that place - what a stark contrast in service AND the food was outstanding.

Awesome pub atmosphere. Food was great, and an all around fun word trip.

The patio is very nice the food is awesome, and the service was great. Definitely would go back
