I made my third order yesterday. The customer service is truly amazing. The measurements and details given on each item are really useful to be sure to take the right size. And when we have questions, Tara always answers quickly and precisely. I love this store and recommend it to everyone!

I am a new shopper of Cold cactus and am so so happy with my purchases! Not only do they carry beautiful clothing and accessories that arent able to be found elsewhere here in Ontario, but Tara is so helpful and responsive in regards to questions about her products. I will be a frequent shopper from here on out and highly recommend checking out their clothing :)

Ive been shopping at the Cold Cactus for a few years now! There is so much to be said about this hidden gem. They carefully curate and hand select gorgeous, high quality products and are extremely inclusive with mens, womens and childrens styles and sizing as well. There is truly something for everyone at the Cold Cactus, and if youre looking for a perfect gift - look no further! The owner, Tara, is eloquent, organized, a true boss babe and a hustler. She manages her business and her family with grace and beauty inside and out. Shes a true pioneer pursuing her passions and its a pleasure to watch the CC flourish! Her husband Phil is undoubtedly theyre best model ;). I love being able to support another family owned business here in SW Ontario. 10/10 recommend!

I stumbled across Cold Cactus through Instagram and I am so happy I did. CC has a huge variety of clothes for men and women, amaizng t-shirts that any horse lover would love to add to their closet (I have a LOT) and fantastic customer service!! Everything you buy arrives beautifully packaged. My only issue is stopping myself from buying new things every week when new releases drop.
