Every time I go there with my elderly mother we are both treated in the most friendly and respectful manner. Every single question is answered in a detailed description. Appointments are easy to book and are in a few days of the request. Access is great as is the location. The staff are often outside with the door open before we are out of the car. There is no need to shop around for a better place. And the after-sale service is just wonderful.
