        Terrible customer service booked an appointment for my husband and son to get hair cuts the lady offered a spot of Sunday then calls days later to cancel on me giving me zero rescheduling options I then had to scramble and get hair cuts for them by someone whos far more professional Will never recommend this place to anyone I know nor will I ever make an appointment here again very disappointed with the lack of customer service

        Best place in the Ottawa area by a mile. The owner Lorraine is the Best. I have been a client of hers for 15 years & although I moved from the area 7 years ago I continue to drive to Arnprior from Downtown Ottawa to get my hair done....highly recommended.
